We offer you two days and one night’s accommodation in the studio house at Rancho Rata to develop a project or learn a new technique. The house, found on the edge of the village of Villanueva del Rosario, is wrapped in views of the mountains and sounds of nature. These artistic retreats are designed for two days of disconnection to be fully focused on your art project and to experience art creation surrounded by nature.

Choose printmaking techniques such as linocut or dry point, also available are cyanotypes, weaving, or ceramic projects guided by the artist Cristina Savage over two days at the studio. No previous knowledge is needed, and all materials are included.

We will work four hours a day in the workshop, from 10 am to 2 pm. For the rest of the day, you can choose to keep working on your project in the studio or just relax and enjoy the house and backyard, the white village, or the hiking trails in the surrounding mountains. At the end of the retreat, you will bring home your artwork, unless it is ceramics, which will be sent to you two weeks after your departure (mailing fee not included in the price of retreat).

Fee: 150 € per person / Two days and one night, with ALL materials and one breakfast included.

These residences are for a four-person maximum, who will share the studio house. Adults only. Ask for available dates and book your artistic retreat.
